Apple + Hops
This is our take on a “classic” kraut. A delicious blend of cabbage, granny smith apples, and a mild infusion of hops. An Eastern European crowd pleaser! Kid friendly, too.
Food Pairings: Excellent with your meat/veggie sausage and potatoes. Great on its own as a side.
Beet + Fennel
This is our mild, mouthwatering, earthy + tangy blend of cabbage, beets, and fennel bulb. Adds true beauty to any dish.
Food Pairings: Perfect for your reuben; compliments a dark protein very well and beautifully garnishes a salad.
Juniper + Sage
This herbaceous, bright + floral blend of green cabbage, juniper berries, fresh culinary sage and granny smith apples packs a punch into every bite. Easily eaten straight out of the jar.
Food Pairings: Pairs great with a light meat such as chicken, turkey, or pork. Great on salad, and makes an incredible turkey sandwich!
Golden Beet + Dill
An epic blend of golden beets, garlic, fresh dill and cabbage captures the essence of a sour dill pickle. A kids favorite, a must for any pickle lover!
Food Pairings: This is our “go to” for sandwiches. Great with fish; try it chopped up in any summer dish salad! Think potato, tuna, egg etc...
Turmeric + Ginger + Jalapeño
A light, spicy and powerful kraut blending lots of fresh turmeric and ginger roots with jalapeño and green cabbage into something awesome. A personal favorite in the Local Culture household.
Food Pairings: Great topped on eggs, avocado toast, curries, and pizza!
Carrot + Cilantro + Jalapeño
Our spin on a traditional curtido, this bold kraut pushes the boundaries of your taste buds. A big mix of cabbage, carrot, cilantro, jalapeño, garlic and onion. This really ups the game of your taco nights and is seriously addictive!
Food Pairings: Tacos, rice + beans, rice bowls, enchiladas, tamales, egg dishes, breakfast burritos.
Garlic + Ginger Kimchi (Kraut-chi)
This highly addictive Kraut-chi is a unique vegan blend of finely shredded green cabbage, green onion and our own fermented chili paste. This no-sugar no-fish kimchi has a delicious, gingery, complex flavor.
